You've got one that works. Good hook rate, decent CPA, been running for weeks. So you make three more in the same style and call them variations.

Meta doesn't agree.

Since Andromeda, a recoloured version of the same asset gets read as the same asset. Same entity, same fatigue curve. That's not diversity, that's duplication.

Here's the move almost nobody is making right now: turn it into a video.

Animated statics used to be everywhere. We built them constantly a few years back and they printed for clients. Then they stopped working, everyone dropped them, and the format went quiet. It's creeping back. The lane is wide open.

The reason nobody's touching it is cost. Designer builds the static. Motion designer animates it. Two hours minimum per asset, and that's if nothing breaks.

I just made one in about five minutes.

From a static we'd already run for Protein.com. I didn't design anything. I didn't open After Effects. I didn't even write the prompt.

Whole thing happened inside Claude using the Arcads MCP. Paste the static in, ask for an animated version, and it picks the model, flags the aspect ratio problem before it becomes your problem, and writes the prompt for you. Then you just talk to it until it's right. Make the text wobble. Add camera shake. Animate the pour.

That back and forth is the part that actually decides whether the video is runnable, and it's the part I can't really explain in an email.

So I filmed it. Real time, first attempt, including the bit where it pushed back and told me why my request wouldn't work.
