Everyone tells you to make more ads.

Nobody tells you how many.

And the honest answer is that it changes completely depending on what you're spending. The volume that works at £20k a month will actively hurt you at £250k a month. And the volume that works at £250k a month would bankrupt you at £20k.

So I made a video breaking down every spend level and exactly what your account needs at each one.

Here's one bit I'll give away for free.

If you're spending £10k to £20k a month, you need three to four net new creatives a month. That's it. Roughly one a week.

Most brands at that level are launching double or triple that, then panicking when nothing gets spend. But that's the whole problem. There wasn't enough budget to go round in the first place. Your ads never got out of learning. You didn't test 12 concepts, you tested nothing 12 times.

At that spend, your ads aren't fatiguing anywhere near as fast as you think. You've got breathing room. Use it to find your winning angle instead of drowning your account.

In the video I go through the rest:

→ The exact net new count for every bracket from £10k to £500k+ → The spend level where most brands either break or take off → When to stop making everything yourself → What changes about format mix as you scale → Why "just make more" stops working at a certain point

It's about 12 minutes and there's a number for every stage, so you can jump to yours.
